Smoky Cabin Finder (smokycabinfinder.com) is a directory that helps renters find Smoky Mountain vacation cabins and book directly with the owner. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When a cabin owner contacts us, emails us, or fills out one of our sign-up forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), we may collect:

Your name, email address and phone number
The town where your cabin is located
Whether you have a direct booking website, and its address
Cabin details and photos you choose to send us for your listing

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

To contact you about listing your cabin on Smoky Cabin Finder
To create and update your cabin's listing
To answer your questions and send occasional updates about the directory

Your personal contact information is not shown on the website. Renters reach you through your own booking website.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site (such as our web host and email provider), or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, remove your listing, or stop sending you messages at any time by emailing hello@smokycabinfinder.com.
